For ten years, TEDxSMU has brought new and inspiring ideas from all across the world to the heart of Dallas. On March 5-6, we celebrated our 10th anniversary celebration with two days of speakers from past years and an exciting new lineup of talks designed to inspire you.

Friday, March 6

Morning: Excursions
Optional, add-on excursions and behind-the-scenes opportunities to learn, connect, and explore. Advance ticket sales have now closed, but you may sign up for available spots at the Thursday evening opening session!

If you pre-purchased a box lunch, pick it up next door to The Majestic at the Pacific Deck and enjoy it there or across the street at Pacific Plaza!

TICKETS

Standard tickets are $75.00 and include access to all three speaker sessions. You may purchase an optional box lunch for Friday for an additional $8.00. Some of the morning excursions on Friday will have costs associated with them — you will receive a link to sign up for excursions once you have purchased your ticket for TEDxSMU! We offer discounted tickets ($30) for students, educators and artists.

Get Out and Explore! Excursions, Explained.

The Friday morning of TEDxSMU, we’re inviting our audience to shake things up. Instead of programming three back-to-back speaker sessions, we’re getting out into the city to experience first-hand what makes Dallas a great place to call home. If your schedule allows, sign up to join us for a small group excursion around town before making your way back to the Majestic for Sessions II and III that afternoon!

Excursions are first-come, first-served. You will receive the sign up link once you have purchased your ticket for TEDxSMU. Some of the excursions have costs attached (these are just pass-through costs to allow our partner hosts to offer these opportunities to you — there is no mark-up or padding!), and many are free. We hope you’ll enjoy!
